Trata-se de um painel de c\u00e9lulas fotovoltaicas montado numa estrutura de alum\u00ednio e protegido com uma camada de vidro temperado. Recomenda-se que seja montado num suporte, pois assim consegue-se uma corrente de ar nos seus 4 lados que ajuda a arrefecer a placa e, desta forma, o desempenho \u00e9 muito superior.<br\/> Montada no suporte, pode sobressair entre 6 e 8 cm do teto.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dentro dos pain\u00e9is solares r\u00edgidos existem 2 formatos.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Painel solar monocristalino<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>As c\u00e9lulas dos <strong>pain\u00e9is solares monocristalinos<\/strong> s\u00e3o feitas de placas de sil\u00edcio de uma s\u00f3 pe\u00e7a, pelo que esta pureza resulta numa elevada efici\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>O mais eficiente de todos.<br\/>Robusto e montado num chassis de alum\u00ednio com cobertura de vidro temperado.<br\/>Mais econ\u00f3mico do que os flex\u00edveis.<br\/>Mais espesso, incluindo suportes com cerca de 7 cm<br\/>Peso, entre 6 e 12 kg.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Painel solar policristalino<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Os pain\u00e9is policristalinos<\/strong> s\u00e3o constitu\u00eddos por c\u00e9lulas de sil\u00edcio com impurezas, pelo que <strong>a sua efici\u00eancia \u00e9 um pouco inferior<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Elevada efici\u00eancia<br\/>Robusto e montado num chassis de alum\u00ednio com cobertura de vidro temperado.<br\/>Mais econ\u00f3mico do que o flex\u00edvel<br\/>Mais espesso, incluindo suportes, cerca de 7 cm<br\/>Peso, entre 6 e 12 kg<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Em poucas palavras:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Os pain\u00e9is monocristalinos s\u00e3o mais eficientes<\/strong>, mais econ\u00f3micos, mas t\u00eam a desvantagem do peso e da espessura.<br\/> \u00c9 o mais utilizado em caravanas e autocaravanas.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Regulador solar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00c9 o dispositivo que deve ser instalado entre o painel solar e a bateria. Est\u00e1 encarregado de regular a intensidade fornecida pelo painel e de a fornecer \u00e0 bateria para a carregar corretamente sem a danificar.<\/p>\n\n<p>Estes reguladores de carga s\u00e3o capazes de calcular a necessidade de carga atual com base no estado da bateria. Com ele pode instalar mais do que um painel em s\u00e9rie e combinar pain\u00e9is e bateria a 12 ou 24v.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>At\u00e9 40% mais eficiente do que um PWM.<br\/>Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de placas e bateria a 12v ou 24v indistintamente.<br\/>Mais eficiente do que o PWM em tempos de pouco sol.<br\/>Controlo de carga de mais do que uma placa em s\u00e9rie.<br\/>Pre\u00e7o mais elevado dependendo do modelo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Nesta altura, j\u00e1 devemos saber que tipo de painel solar e controlador precisamos de acordo com as nossas expectativas, \u00e9 altura de saber como vamos instalar estes equipamentos no nosso ve\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instala\u00e7\u00e3o e liga\u00e7\u00e3o de pain\u00e9is solares e controlador de carga<\/h2>\n\n<p>A instala\u00e7\u00e3o dos pain\u00e9is solares com o regulador de carga e a sua liga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 bateria n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma tarefa muito complicada, mas \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter alguns conceitos muito claros.<\/p>\n\n<p>A primeira coisa a fazer \u00e9 fixar a placa ao tejadilho, o que varia consoante o tipo de placa a instalar ou a forma ou necessidades de cada um, mas basicamente \u00e9 fixar a placa de forma segura, quer com colas de poliuretano como o Sikaflex, quer com o m\u00e9todo que cada um achar mais adequado. Painel | Bateria | Consumo 12v.<br\/>S\u00f3 tem de ligar cada coisa no seu lugar, mas tenha cuidado, tem de seguir uma ordem de liga\u00e7\u00e3o para evitar danificar o regulador.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liga\u00e7\u00e3o ao m\u00f3dulo de controlo solar<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u00c9 muito simples, mas <strong>tem de seguir uma ordem<\/strong>, caso contr\u00e1rio <strong>pode danificar o regulador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>A primeira coisa a ligar \u00e9 sempre a bateria, \u00e9 muito importante alimentar o regulador antes de ligar os pain\u00e9is. <br\/><strong>Vamos ligar primeiro o negativo da bateria e depois o positivo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Nesta altura, o regulador ter\u00e1 energia e indicar\u00e1 que est\u00e1 ligado e, se tiver um visor, veremos as indica\u00e7\u00f5es de que est\u00e1 a funcionar.<\/p>\n\n<p>Agora podemos ligar os fios do(s) painel(is) pela mesma ordem, primeiro o negativo e depois o positivo.<\/p>\n\n<p>Agora j\u00e1 temos tudo ligado e a funcionar. Aqui depender\u00e1 de cada regulador que podemos verificar a corrente que est\u00e1 a vir dos pain\u00e9is com mais ou menos informa\u00e7\u00e3o que o regulador nos oferecer\u00e1, mas as liga\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o bem feitas com uma cablagem de sec\u00e7\u00e3o suficiente (sec\u00e7\u00e3o de 6mm2).<\/p>\n\n<p>H\u00e1 mais algumas coisas para falar, como o consumo, as diferentes pot\u00eancias de pain\u00e9is que existem e a carga que cada um deles nos pode dar, mas vamos deixar isto para outro post.
